You get to have the same section for the block of days you are working which helps keep it consistent. The staff are all very helpful.
Cons
The eight to one ratio can be a little much sometimes.

Pros
Small travel friendly hospital. Techs get vital signs, do lab draws and do the intermittent cathing.
Cons
Scheduling: staff self-schedules and leftover shifts filled with travelers. No block scheduling.
