Just finishing my LTA here as an RT, trinity first choice will cut your rates at the drop of a hat. Staff unhappy. Lots of bad travelers here. Culture in PICU is rather anti-RT. Don’t expect a warm welcome from nurses.

Rate does not match acuity

Patient load and population very heavy and you float almost everyday and they float twice a shift sometimes
