<p>Seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will possess experience in providing both acute and chronic respiratory care to patients. A strong understanding of the operation and maintenance of respiratory therapy equipment is essential.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul><li>Evaluate and assess patients' respiratory conditions and develop appropriate care plans.</li><li>Manage respiratory therapy services, implementing therapeutic interventions according to school practice standards.</li><li>Utilize advanced equipment and techniques to deliver care, including mechanical ventilation management, and provide emergency respiratory support, as needed.</li><li>Educate patients on both disease prevention and health maintenance.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Proven experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a healthcare setting.</li><li>Certification as a Respiratory Therapist (State requirements may apply).</li><li>Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy techniques and equipment.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.</li></ul>
