Pros
For a travel assignment is was okay, everybody was nice.
Cons
but I felt a little like they were dumping on me. Ex: every other nurse was sitting down drinking coffee and conversing while every single one of my rooms were full. Not a lot of teamwork on certain shifts, and with other shifts very attentive.
