Such a good team of nurses and doctors. Busy enough and  I liked the facility. They are in the .iddle of a total makeove of L&D.  Manager  had nurses back.

Not all HCA's are bad news.

The whole process is mid….. the paperwork is worrisome … the workplace energy is not there. Management makes it apparent that travels can be fired over any little thing. Fake personalities everywhere & staff is MESSY!

Manager was fine on med surg floor, but staff was condescending and micro manage. Will never work for HCA again.

Everything was good in the beginning but management changed and were not the same people as they were in previous positions. The culture became toxic due to the amount of young inexperienced baby nurses who thought they knew everything. The culture became clickey and isolated if they didn’t like you. You could pass by a colleague and they don’t say anything like hello ! Or good morning. Only the chosen experienced nurses were respected and management did nothing to try to make it a good work environment. When the great nurses left in droves it just wasn’t the same. Retention is awful. They pay well for a reason. If you get my drift. They hired so many baby nurses that the core staff was constantly being flexed and you had to use your PTO. There was no culture of loyalty or looking out for one another. They would be nice to your face but turn around and just complain to management without trying to resolve the issues like adults. They would also fabricate issues or stories to management about unliked colleagues. Management became unsupportive and not transparent. There was nobody you could trust there. Unfortunately the culture was very different when I started and I loved my job. Instead it became like an a chore that as a kid you hated. Hopefully the nurses will leave and the turnover will yield better nurses and a positive culture. I give a half star out of 5 due to lack of inclusion and clear contradicting information about being a magnet hospital that was a great place to work.

Old, under staffed, management has no deciding, old ways are only ways mentality, mgmt is miserable just getting paycheck. Awful, nothing is priority for OR.

They will work you to the bone, someday no lunch reliefs, terrible management, no humanity to the travels and staffs, do not recommend
