The way it should be done

How about a regular 3:1 ratio? How about someone tapping you on the shoulder every single day and asking you if you'd like to give them report so you can go on lunch? How about a charge nurse that rounds hourly and asks if you need anything? I should have never worked here cause now I know what it's supposed to be like and I'm ruined.
