Great staff, great travel assignment
Pros
Friendly, helpful staff/coworkers. It's definitely not a trauma hospital.
Cons
You will float from one location to the other during the same shift OFTEN. They are obsessed with 100% accurate charting to their standards, but they do not do anything to reduce medication errors. You have access to all meds for every patient in the omnicell. When a sick patient or trauma rolls in, they might not recognize it or treat it as a trauma hospital does.

Pros
Never got a shift canceled, they always need extra nurses/ OT in abundance
Cons
RARELY CNA's on night shift. ALWAYS understaffed. Not helpful staff nurses that click up against Travelers. This is essentially a total care style setting. More worried about charting than they are actually patient care and helping others out.
