Depends on who you work with. It was my first time meeting the morning shift. It wasn't great. Had a few techs tell me they're b**** around here right in front of the operation manager. She did nothing about it. But the evening and overnight staff was overall great to work with. The compensation isn't enough for what they're asking you to do, especially picking up the other people's slack.
