IR physician was reckless, unchecked, and selfish with little concern for radiation moderation or patient safety. ER physicians ordered hundreds of unnecessary CT scans on patients also unchecked. This includes children, pregnant women, and patients who had already recently been scanned for the same reason multiple times. Not staffed well enough for these numbers, so the staff is burnt out. The hospital system also cut the pay of all travelers mid contract with no notice.
