      <h2>Job Description</h2>
      <p>American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Oncology night position requiring EKG competency and current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Work in a Medical Surgical Oncology unit within a hospital setting</li><li>Patient ratios are 1:5 for days and 1:6 for nights, with possible team nursing model using higher ratios</li><li>Night shift schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts (19:00-07:30)</li><li>Floating to other units is required</li><li>Required to work every other weekend or two weekends per month</li><li>Will participate in bi-weekly orientation</li><li>Holiday RTO requests are not accommodated for major holidays; any requests must be addressed onsite with management</li><li>Travelers living within a 75-mile radius are considered local candidates</li><li>May work in a team nursing model depending on unit needs</li></ul>
          
      <h2>Requirements</h2>
      <ul><li>Active TN or compact RN license</li><li>Current BLS (AHA), ACLS, and NIHSS certifications</li><li>Must be able to pass EKG testing prior to assignment start</li><li>Experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred</li></ul>
