Pros

Staff is helpful and management is friendly and cares about nurses and patients to balance a good workflow.

Cons

It’s very busy, once it slows down they send staff home which can result in the skeleton crew getting too much to handle right at the end of the day. Most of the staff is very green which can be good and bad.
