Really depends on what floor you're on, but as a whole the hospital is terrible. Staff is nice, ratios are unsafe, never enough techs (if any), good luck finding supplies,  Cerner, 
Medicare/Medicaid always lurking,  did I mention unsafe ratios ?? Steer clear, consider yourself warned.

Scary, not for the faint of heart

CS and Mgmnt are in a race to see who can sink that ship the quickest. Really cool town though. I’d go back just for the Asheville environment.
