Pros
The patients and some of the Staff.
Cons
The Dr. I worked with was dismissive and never available to the patients nor I who is the SW working with you. Pts really did not receive any therapeutic care, unless it was from me. I even ended up seeing the other teams patients because SW for that team was also never available.
