Mountain View Health and Rehabilitation Center

Unit is traveler friendly. Patient to staff ratio is fair. Med techs pass meds after 1 pm except weekends. Schedule is three on Two off two on 3 off. Schedule is biggest plus. All in all I’d work there again.

Schedule is not flexible. CNA staff is horrible lazy with bad attitudes. A lot of drama.

Very dirty facility and nasty nurses. Had few excellent nurses like Alicia RN and Tais also RN are very professional and responsible. They go above and beyond to help the residents. The CNAs tat are to close to the schedule coordinator carelessly for the patient well being when no one watches it.

Cost of living too expensive and lots of flies in inside the house. I didn't like it
