Manager is hard to work with and is hardly there. She also has favorites and if she don’t like you, she’ll treat you horribly. She expects everyone to pick up shifts and there’s hardly any compensation or motive to get people to help out. All the nurses and techs are burned out because everyone is quitting. Coworkers were great, but management needs to be cleaned out and get new people in. Pay is mediocre at best. Raises are small if you get anything at all.
