this unit is one of the best i’ve ever worked. i’ve travelled to over 15 different l&d units and this one was one of my favorites. the nurses, managers, providers, all staff treat you as one of their own. they are fair with staffing, and make sure you get your breaks and lunch. they even have a massage chair room you can decompress in during your breaks. from the director down to the floor nurses, everyone is great. honestly a place i would work at if i didn’t continue to travel.
