Fast paced. Top notch hospital with up to date equipment and staff. Easy to get along with techs, nurses, management and even doctors.
Cons
Cost of living is high in that area so commute could long. My housing had only street parking.

unit is very traveler friendly; low acuity & stress; very friendly bedside RNs and providers in peds inpatient and adult inpatient/day unit; niche population

expectation to change assigned shifts last minute to ‘help the unit’; poor leadership that has lead to more than 12 nurses leaving in the span of about three months; your scheduled shifts will be changed without notice or your input & will be done multiple times over short contracts
