Cons: -RN to patient ratio 1:12-42 even worse on Noc shift -very disorganized- unable to locate needed items, RN stations not the same (some have no/more supplies) -Agency RN's are made to pass meds and at times do direct patient care -Med pass is very unsafe for RNs and LPNs- whom ever passes meds also has to do treatments

Cons
Agency nurses are treated very poorly No training to orientate you to the protocols Very short staffed and expected to do four people’s jobs!
