-RN to patient ratio 1:12-42 even worse on Noc shift
-very disorganized- unable to locate needed items, RN stations not the same (some have no/more supplies)
-Agency RN's are made to pass meds and at times do direct patient care 
-Med pass is very unsafe for RNs and LPNs- whom ever passes meds also has to do treatments
