Small but mighty

You work with only one other nurse. No NICU, no support. Always out of supplies. Relatively new intermediate manager, changing everything.  You can't leave your patient, but you can't eat at the desk in the middle of the night.  It used to be better, but youget what you get when you work there.   It seems they cancel contracts for no good reasons.  Maybe trying to get rid of the high pay contracts to bring in cheap labor.  If you choose to go there, be really confident in your skills, as YOU are all you have.  Comfortable delivering a 26 weeker on your own?  Then this is the place for you!
