*Peritoneal Dialysis
*Telemetry (RN to interpret &amp; document rhythm)
*Non-titratable Drips include: Amiodarone, Diltilizem Cardiazem, Amiodarone &amp; Lasix.
*Heparin - Heparin drip nursing protocol
*Code Team Responders (recorders &amp; time keepers)
*Stroke certified unit
- Nurse to patient ratio is typically 1:4, but RN should be expected to take 1:5 based on acuity and downgrades
- if floated to non tele med surg unit patient ratio is 1:6
