<h3>Assignment Overview</h3><ul><li>Shift: Days, 4x10hrs</li><li>Hours: 40 hrs/wk</li><li>Start Date: Jul 6, 2026</li><li>Length: 12 weeks</li><li>Openings: 1</li></ul><h3>Description</h3><p>American Traveler is seeking a Cath Lab / EP Technologist with at least 1 year of experience and ARRT certification for a cardiac cath lab assignment in Illinois.</p><h3>Details</h3><ul><li>Work in an active cardiac cath lab performing both diagnostic and interventional procedures</li><li>Procedures include cardiac cath (diagnostic and interventional), IABP, IVUS, Impella, biopsies, CVC, PICC, tunneled HD catheters, fistulograms, angiograms, paracentesis, thoracentesis, drain placements, ureteral stents, nephrostomy tubes, thrombectomies, thrombolysis, Y-90 treatments, and embolizations</li><li>Equipment includes Siemens C-arm (single and bi-plane) and GE ultrasound</li><li>EMR system is Epic; Omnicell also used</li><li>4x10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM</li><li>Weekend work is required</li><li>On-call is required with a 30-minute response time; weekday call is 13.5 hours with rotating scheduling among team members</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience; 2+ years preferred</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in an active interventional cardiac cath, NeuroIR, IR, or EP lab preferred</li><li>Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist program or Associate Degree in Applied Sciences required; Bachelor of Science degree preferred</li><li>ARRT certification required</li><li>IEMA licensure required (license required if applicable)</li><li>IL license must be in hand — no emergency or pending licensure</li><li>Current BLS through AHA required</li><li>ACLS through AHA required within 6 months of hire</li><li>Experience with Epic and Omnicell required</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>May be required to float to a different unit or facility at the manager's request</li><li>Two professional references required, including at least one from a supervisor, manager, or charge nurse within the last year</li><li>All requested time off must be submitted at the time of initial consideration and cannot be added afterward</li><li>Candidates living within 75 miles of the facility are accepted but at a local pay rate</li></ul>
