- An ASN degree minimum, BSN preferred
- A recent 12 months of ICU RN experience in an acute inpatient hospital setting
- UT RN License
- BLS, ACLS, and NIH Certifications

Preferred or Nice to Have:
- Pressure Drip Knowledge
- MediTech Experience
- Travel Experience

·        Patient Ratios : 1:5 with occasional 1:6·        Type of equipment : Transfer equipment readily available as needed (ex: sara steady, Hoyer lift, etc.). We just became wired for cardiac telemetry. We have IV equipment, kangaroo pumps for tube feedings.·        Documentation system: Meditech·        Scheduling requirements: Shifts are 5-5. Prioritizing a day shift need, but also in need for night shift help.·        Floating policy: Contract labor is first to float.·        Patient Experience requirements: Round with your patients each shift and ensure they being prepared for discharge adequately. Typical Procedures: ADLs, 1:1 patient mealtime, mobility transfers of patients. Lines: Foley care, NG management, PICC and midline care.
