I want to take a moment to thank the entire team for the outstanding care my auntie is receiving while staying at your facility. From the nurses to the therapists and support staff, everyone is treating her with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. During a very stressful and emotional time for our family, your staff has made us feel reassured that she was in good hands. The level of attention, professionalism, and respect shown to her means more to us than words can express. It was clear that her comfort, safety, and recovery is truly a priority. We are deeply grateful for the dedication and hard work your team puts in every day. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my auntie and for supporting our family throughout her stay. Shoutout to Miss Krystal and Miss Lashondra Jones in the business office for ensuring all Heath insurance mets the needs to qualify my aunt for long term care. God sent angels on earth 🫶🏽
