2 Scrubs/1 nurse per case bc no PA or NP to assist. Lots of ortho trauma cases, I&D, and gyn/cysto. Not a bariatric facility but morbidly obese patients. Not blocked scheduling facility,so lots of hurry up and wait times. Leadership has a hands off approach. OR nurse take 48hr weekend call. Expected to recover patient after procedure once census drops down to 2 nurses. Charting system is Meditech.
