      <h2>Job Description</h2>
      <p>American Traveler seeks a Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting with at least 1 year of experience and active OR PT license.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Outpatient physical therapy at a critical access facility</li><li>Covers orthopedic, general medicine, neurological, and balance cases, including total joints and upper extremity injuries</li><li>Typical patient load is 9 to 11 patients per day based on census and schedule</li><li>Productivity standards are 0.45+ for outpatient and 0.6+ if split between inpatient and outpatient</li><li>Day shift schedule, 4x10 hour shifts from 8:00 to 18:00, Monday through Friday preferred</li><li>No weekend, call, or floating to other facilities required</li><li>May act as Admission Coordinator/Rehab PPS Coordinator if needed</li><li>Epic EMR system is used</li><li>Responsibilities include treating orthopedic, neurological, and general medical conditions as well as performing splinting as necessary</li><li>Mostly Medicare and Managed Medicare patient population</li><li>No floating to sister facilities, but may cover coordinator roles as needed</li><li>First-time travelers are accepted for this assignment</li><li>Level IV trauma center environment</li><li>Free parking provided</li><li>Scrub color varies by unit</li><li>No restrictions on requested time off</li></ul>
          
      <h2>Requirements</h2>
      <ul><li>Active OR PT license required, license required if applicable</li><li>Current BLS certification required</li><li>Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient PT experience preferred</li><li>Epic EMR experience preferred</li><li>Must be eligible to work weekdays with flexibility for block schedules</li></ul>
