Phoebe is a friendly assignment for social workers. I am not sure about RNs, but everyone here was helpful and polite. Phoebe is stuck in the past and it is like pulling teeth to get people to change. Some of the dudes can be inappropriate in little corners, some of the docs can be very old fashioned and there is jealousy and resentment towards travelers. Even with all of that, I still recommend this hospital. Go in with humility and kindness and you will be fine. Don't get upset at their way of doing things because change is hard. Phoebe is a work in progress but I met some truly wonderful doctors, nurses, case managers and social workers.
