Pros

Travel friendly, PCU 1:4 ratio, hospital is now transitioning to psych  with impatient and some PCU and MedSurg rooms.

Cons

Being there during this transitioning is difficult because a lot of the help quit and trying to figure out assignments and admissions is just complicated during this transitional time.
