Was told by staff of RNs, STs and Anesthesiologists how great it was working with me as I learned everyone’s quirks. Management was approached by Anesthesia as to why I was working as the only tech, and not acclimatized to how certain doctors like their meds and supplies a certain way. Management was spoken to by a doctor who stated to me, “I’m not upset with you, I just can’t believe they would leave you alone and not assist me to do my job to the best of my abilities.”  Due to that interaction I had no contact or feedback from management and was terminated not even 6 days. 
Worst experience in my life, I asked everyone I could for help that day to assist anesthesia with the proper drugs and things they needed, no one know how to help and because of that my contract was terminated. Worst feeling in the world, and no help from management.
