Pros
The hospital is small but I loved working here so much I hired on. I love the mgt, and the employees are great to work with.
Cons
Cost of living in Washington is kind of high. Furnished finder takes advantage of this.

The nursing culture in the ED is amazing. Other RNs are nice, welcoming and accepting of you. I felt at home here. Highly recommend. Management is great as well!
