Providence Holy Family Hospital is an excellent hospital to work at! I did float pool there as a med-surg nurse and each unit was very helpful and supportive! Being in the float pool I was also able to pick my own schedule which was incredibly nice (not an option for non-float pool but management is still great at being accommodating with scheduling). I traveled there for a year and will definitely consider going back in the future! Highly recommend especially for a first time traveler like myself at the time. 😃

<h3>Assignment Overview</h3><ul><li>Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs</li><li>Hours: 36 hrs/wk</li><li>Start Date: May 4, 2026</li><li>Length: 13 weeks</li><li>Openings: 1</li></ul><h3>Description</h3><p>American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a night shift travel contract at a Level III Trauma Center in Washington State, with Epic proficiency and a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience required.</p><h3>Details</h3><ul><li>Short-term acute care hospital setting at a Level III Trauma Center</li><li>ICU unit with floating required between all facilities within the state</li><li>Patient ratios of 2:1 for ICU-level care and 3:1 for PCU-level care</li><li>Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM</li><li>Every other weekend required</li><li>No on-call required</li><li>Charting via Epic (experience required)</li><li>No parking fee</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Active WA RN license or compact RN license currently in hand</li><li>Current BLS certification required</li><li>Minimum 2 years of ICU RN experience required</li><li>Epic EMR proficiency required</li><li>At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting</li><li>SSN and DOB required for consideration</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within Washington State; refusal to float may result in assignment termination</li><li>Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility</li><li>Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission; post-offer RTO requests may be denied</li><li>Scrubs of any color are acceptable</li><li>First-time travelers are welcome to apply</li></ul>
