      <p>American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a home health setting, requiring at least 1 year of skilled home health experience and BCLS certification.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Home health position serving Medford, OR and surrounding areas</li><li>Day shift schedule, 8-hour shifts from 8:00 to 16:30</li><li>Visits up to 6 patients per day with a productivity standard of 30 points</li><li>Patient ratio is 1:1 during visits</li><li>Epic and Oasis EMR systems are used, experience with Oasis required</li><li>No on-call or weekend shifts required</li><li>No floating between like units required</li><li>Mileage reimbursement is provided at IRS standard rates</li><li>Free parking is available on site</li><li>Travelers expected to float between all facilities within the state as needed</li><li>Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and cannot be within 50 miles of the submitting facility</li><li>Minimal to no RTO is allowed; advance manager approval is required for requests</li><li>Attire is any color scrubs</li><li>Modules must be completed prior to start and annually</li><li>Not open to first-time travelers</li></ul>

      <ul><li>Current Occupational Therapist license required if applicable</li><li>Minimum 1 year of skilled home health OT experience</li><li>BCLS certification required</li><li>Epic and Oasis documentation experience required</li><li>Primary series COVID vaccination plus one booster required</li><li>Own reliable transportation is necessary</li></ul>
