      <p>American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment requiring at least one year of skilled home health experience and BCLS certification.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Home health setting covering Medford, OR and surrounding areas</li><li>Visits up to 6 patients per day with a 1:1 ratio and a standard of 30 productivity points</li><li>Day shift; 8-hour shifts from 8:00AM to 4:30PM, five days per week</li><li>No weekends, on-call, or float within units required, but floating statewide between facilities is expected</li><li>EPIC and Oasis are used for charting and documentation</li><li>Oasis experience is required</li><li>Travelers are responsible for transportation and may occasionally drive a radius of 50+ miles, though scheduling generally aims to minimize drive time</li><li>IRS standard mileage reimbursement applies</li><li>Any color scrubs are acceptable</li><li>No accommodation for block scheduling or extended shifts (e.g., 4x10s or 3x12s)</li><li>First-time travelers are not accepted</li><li>Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not be within 50 miles of the facility</li><li>Modules totaling approximately 16 hours must be completed pre-start and annually</li><li>Minimal to no RTO (requested time off) is preferred and must be discussed prior to consideration</li><li>Locals within a 50-75 mile radius are accepted at the same rate</li></ul>

      <ul><li>Active PT license required if applicable; pending license accepted</li><li>Minimum of one year of recent skilled home health experience required</li><li>Current BCLS certification</li><li>Own, reliable transportation required</li><li>Primary series COVID-19 vaccination plus one booster required</li><li>Minimum of two supervisory references from the past three years in a comparable setting</li><li>Epic and Oasis experience required</li></ul>
