      <p>American Traveler is hiring a MRI Technologist for a hybrid MRI/CT/X-ray acute care role requiring BLS, ARMRIT, ARRT (MR/R) certifications and experience with Epic EMR.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Work in an acute care medical center, long-term care, and outpatient settings</li><li>Hybrid position covering MRI, CT, and X-ray modalities</li><li>Primary patient types include emergency and outpatient cases</li><li>MRI utilizes Siemen 1.5T system; X-ray utilizes Phillips equipment</li><li>Charting is done using Epic EMR</li><li>Day shift schedule is 4x10 hours from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM</li><li>On-call and weekend call coverage is required</li><li>Floating is required within scope, including to affiliate hospitals or within the hospital</li><li>Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility</li><li>Duties include performing MRI, CT, and X-ray examinations for ER and outpatient patients</li><li>May be required to float between hospital units or to affiliate hospitals nearby</li><li>Travelers must be willing to work 2 of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year</li><li>Scrub color is flexible (any) or business casual attire is accepted</li><li>Free parking is available</li><li>Facility provides housing (typically a 1-bedroom apartment) and a vehicle for the duration of the assignment</li><li>No pets are allowed in facility-provided housing</li><li>Traveler is responsible for cleaning the housing unit and vehicle upon departure</li><li>Only travelers may operate facility-provided vehicles, and use is limited to a 30-mile radius</li><li>Travelers can work for a maximum of 1 calendar year per assignment, with a 6-month break required before return</li><li>First-time travelers are accepted for this position</li></ul>

      <ul><li>Valid BLS, ARMRIT, ARRT (MR and R) certifications required</li><li>Experience and certification in MRI, CT, and X-ray imaging required</li><li>Previous experience with Epic charting is required</li><li>Copy of certifications, SSN, and DOB required for consideration</li><li>Candidates must provide at least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year in a comparable setting</li><li>Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required for use of facility vehicle</li><li>Facility only accepts Hepatitis B vaccination and will not accept titers or declination</li><li>License required if applicable</li><li>No locals accepted; address must be at least 50 miles from the facility</li><li>Pending licenses are not accepted</li><li>Permanent staff must be separated for at least 3 months before returning as a traveler</li></ul>
