Interventional Radiologists and Interventional Cardiologists were kind and supportive. Cath Lab nurses and scrub techs enjoyed training newer staff.

Patient to nurse ratios were unsafe with management and hospital leadership not providing any assistance nor solutions. Supplies were frequently low and hard to come by. The culture was poor with many instances of bullying.
