Unit ER. High patient to nurse ratio. Often short staffed. Went through three managers in 6 months and the last was a travel manager who was making the long term actual staff so angry that they also started leaving. This is staff that had held on through all the changes and craziness. Unsafe conditions, not a great area of the city, shootings, overdoses, stabbings. Security tries, but multiple people including myself we victims of violence multiple times.
