      <p>American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with outpatient experience for a day shift position in a critical access setting.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Outpatient physical therapy setting in a critical access facility</li><li>Day shifts; four 10-hour shifts per week from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm</li><li>No weekend or on-call shifts required</li><li>Patient ratio of 1:11</li><li>Use of Epic EMR is required</li><li>No floating between units is required for this assignment</li><li>Travelers may be expected to float between facilities within the state if needed</li><li>Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must live more than 50 miles away from the facility</li><li>Minimal to no time off (RTO) will be considered; all time off requests must be addressed upfront</li><li>No parking fees</li><li>Any color scrubs are acceptable for this position</li><li>Open to first-time travelers</li></ul>
          
      <h2>Requirements</h2>
      <ul><li>Current physical therapy license required if applicable</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required</li><li>Outpatient experience is specifically required</li><li>At least 2 years of experience preferred unless otherwise noted</li><li>Experience with Epic EMR is required</li><li>References: Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment in a comparable setting within the last three years</li><li>Required certifications must be current</li><li>SSN and date of birth required for consideration</li></ul>

            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Work in a Med/Surg Tele unit within a critical access hospital</li><li>Day and night shift rotations with advance notice provided for shift changes</li><li>Expected nurse-to-patient ratio is 4:1</li><li>Assignment may require floating between multiple units and facilities based on organizational needs</li><li>May be placed on-call due to census fluctuations</li><li>Weekend shifts may be required, typically every other weekend</li><li>Epic EMR is used and prior experience is required</li><li>Responsibilities include caring for a diverse medical-surgical and telemetry patient population</li><li>All travelers should expect to float to other units and facilities as needed</li><li>Scrubs in any color are permitted</li><li>Holiday shifts may be required as part of the assignment</li><li>Minimal to no time off requests are allowed; extensive RTO requests may hinder consideration</li><li>Parking is free at the facility</li><li>If floating consecutive shifts to other facilities, hotel accommodations may be provided</li><li>First-time travelers will be considered for this position</li></ul>

      <ul><li>Active OR RN license required</li><li>Minimum of 2 years RN experience in Med/Surg Tele or a comparable specialty</li><li>Current BLS certification required</li><li>Must possess reliable transportation for assignment and facility floating</li><li>Recent experience working with Epic charting system is required</li><li>Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and may not live within 50 miles of the facility</li><li>Minimum of 2 supervisory references from the last 3 years covering at least 1 year in a comparable specialty/setting</li></ul>
