Position Summary:
Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable. Relocation Assistance: Negotiable. Licensure Required: Active Minnesota RN license. Certifications Required: BLS and ACLS. Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of surgery experience required. Preferred: CNOR certification, Master's degree, and 3+ years of management experience. Unit Overview: Director-level leadership role overseeing Surgical Services operations — Pre-Op, PACU, OR, Central Processing, and the Orthopedic &amp; General Surgery Clinics — at a rural medical center and clinic. Charting System: Epic. Dress Code: No specific scrub color. Benefits: Full benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k), Life, and LTD.

Pay Rate note: $95,000–$135,000/year, based on experience.
