1:7 ratio
There’s some really great nurses that work here. However, I haven’t worked in a hospital in a long time where nurses are getting 1:7 ratio on a medsurg/tele unit that are mostly on isolation. There are a lot of doctors that are rude as well and the families are very demanding and a lot has a “me me me” mentality. For a small hospital, I didn’t expect this.
