The 25-bed facility is accredited by Medicare and provides inpatient, outpatient and ICU services, and is designated as a Critical Access Hospital with a Level IV Trauma Department.

ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

<h2>Job Description</h2>
<p>We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. This role involves working nights with a schedule of 7 consecutive days on and 7 days off.</p>

<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
    <li>Provide high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit.</li>
    <li>Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.</li>
    <li>Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring prompt response to any changes.</li>
    <li>Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.</li>
    <li>Float to the Emergency Room as needed when there are no ICU patients.</li>
</ul>

<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
    <li>Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.</li>
    <li>Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.</li>
    <li>Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certifications preferred.</li>
    <li>Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.</li>
    <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
</ul>

Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

<ul>
    <li>Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced environment.</li>
    <li>Assess patient conditions, implement appropriate interventions, and monitor patient progress.</li>
    <li>Collaborate with medical staff and other professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.</li>
    <li>Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.</li>
    <li>Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment plans and updates.</li>
    <li>Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with best practices.</li>
</ul>

<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
    <li>Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.</li>
    <li>Experience in an emergency department or similar fast-paced clinical setting.</li>
    <li>Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and communication skills.</li>
    <li>Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.</li>
    <li>ACLS and BLS certifications required; PALS certification preferred.</li>
</ul>
