Everyone has a poor attitude and is overworked. When you work hard you just get harder work.

The OR is very disorganized and split. It’s the travelers against the staff. There is no teamwork. There is no urgency to be fast or improve. The department lacks initiative and communication. Many toxic staff employees and a culture of laziness. There is more complaining than there is constructive criticism  . It’s not the worst place I’ve worked but you definitely need to chart everything and implement best practice while working to cover yourself. The charting system is the biggest headache and it backwards to normal charting. There’s a lot of extra steps for the nurses to cover charting and charges.

Worked in the OR, worst place I’ve ever worked. Staff is disrespectful to management and travelers. They do a lot of things different that the national standard and have no interest in doing things correctly. One surgeon is dangerous to work with for patients.

I would leave zero stars if possible. Worst assignment I have ever worked
