I really liked working at Renown. The doctors were all great, appreciative and respectful. Staff all took pride in their work. I was in the Outpatient/Same day side (Roseview), so it was small with only like 7 ORs. Downside, as a traveler, you get sent home alot. I could barely get my 40hrs each week. Still would return for another assignment.

I worked at Renown for clinical opportunities as they have the highest acuity patients in the area, but I was very disappointed by the toxic culture. If management likes you, it's a great place to work, but if you dont click with the clique, they will find reasons to get rid of you without any remorse or possible discourse. This happened to a multitude of great nurses I know, and so I left (thank god) and will never look back.
