I had positive experiences at every Dignity facility worked. Staff Nurses are helpful and fun to work with. Managers were available and supportive. MDs are responsive and truly care about patients. I know some locations are not great (heard from other travelers), but I loved my assignments in Sacramento CA, Folsom CA, Carmichael CA, Woodland CA, Redwood City CA, Long Beach CA, and Las Vegas NV.

Culture is good, all staff and management I encountered was helpful but would frequently get floated to ER boarding with no cna assistance, or assigned to the psyche holds waiting to be transferred, which I wasn’t expecting. Cerner charting system was a rough transition from epic that I’m used to and Cafeteria also had weird hours but overall wasn’t a bad experience.
