<p>• Work in a 14-bed operating room with 1:1 patient ratio<br />
• Minimum 24 months of operating room experience required<br />
• Proficient experience with DaVinci robotics required<br />
• Proficient experience in orthopedic procedures including total joints<br />
• Proficient experience in general surgery required<br />
• EPIC EMR experience required<br />
• Travel experience within the previous 15 months required<br />
• Scrub experience preferred<br />
• Work with advanced robotic equipment including DaVinci Xi, Mako, and Rosa systems<br />
• Required to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) unless unit is closed<br />
• 16-hour need-based overtime available<br />
• Billable overtime after 40 hours per week for 36-40 hour positions, after 48 hours for 48 hour positions<br />
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA or ARC)<br />
• Iowa nursing license required (compact/multistate accepted)<br />
• Clinical interview pre-screening required with 405 area code<br />
• Orientation dates available: 5/26, 6/1</p>
