      <p>American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an inpatient rehab position on a night shift, requiring a KS or compact RN license and recent acute rehab experience.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Work in a 30-bed acute med surg rehab unit within a hospital setting</li><li>Average daily census is 24-30 patients with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6 for all shifts</li><li>Night shift schedule of 3x12 hour shifts, 19:00 - 07:30</li><li>Telemonitoring, central line care, blood transfusions, and acute rehab procedures performed</li><li>Uses Epic EMR system</li><li>Regular floating may be required between departments, units, and possibly facilities</li><li>Requires at least 8 weekend shifts per 6-week period</li><li>Holiday coverage required if scheduled</li><li>Patient care includes blood glucose monitoring, insulin protocol administration, central line and PICC line care, Foley catheter removal, and fall/infection prevention practices</li><li>Responsibilities include administration of blood products, managing thickened liquids, and pulse oximetry monitoring</li><li>Lift equipment is available to assist with patient handling</li><li>Navy blue scrubs required for RNs</li><li>First-time travelers are accepted for this role</li><li>Holiday and weekend shift coverage required as scheduled</li><li>No more than 7 days of requested time off permitted during contract</li><li>Pre-employment drug screening required with strict results criteria</li><li>No travel partners accepted for this assignment</li></ul>

      <ul><li>Active KS or compact RN license in hand at the time of consideration</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of recent specialty experience in acute rehab with at least 1 full year of in-specialty experience within the past 12 months, and no employment gap greater than 90 days in the last year</li><li>Current BLS certification required</li><li>Experience with telemetry monitoring, IV management, blood glucose protocols, central line care, and infection prevention measures</li><li>Submission of 2 professional references, at least one from a supervisor within the past year</li><li>No pending state licenses accepted</li><li>Candidates must live at least 75 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted</li></ul>

            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Work in a 30-bed Progressive Care Unit with an emphasis on acute rehab services</li><li>Average daily census is 24-30 patients with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6 on all shifts</li><li>Telemetry monitoring (both on-unit and remote) is required</li><li>Night shift schedule (3x12 hours, 19:00-07:30)</li><li>Epic EMR is used for charting</li><li>Regular floating between departments, units, and facilities as needed</li><li>Must work a minimum of 8 weekend shifts per 6-week period</li><li>Lift equipment is available to support safe patient handling</li><li>Responsibilities include the full scope of PCU and rehab nursing with focus on telemetry and complex medical care</li><li>Must follow navy blue scrub dress code for RNs</li><li>Holiday coverage is required if the shift falls on a scheduled workday</li><li>No on-call requirements</li><li>Maximum of 7 days of requested time off (RTO) is allowed</li><li>Candidates with diluted or positive drug screens not cleared by the MRO are ineligible and must wait 6 months before reapplying</li><li>No travel partners accepted for this assignment</li><li>Annual and pre-start compliance modules (estimated 5-8 hours) are required</li></ul>

      <ul><li>Active KS or compact RN license in hand at time of consideration (Missouri license may also be required for floating)</li><li>BLS certification required</li><li>At least 2 years of recent specialty experience required, with at least 1 year of in-specialty experience within the last 12 months and no employment gap over 90 days</li><li>Experience in acute rehab hospital and telemetry required</li><li>Skills in blood glucose monitoring, insulin protocols, central line care (PICC), starting and maintaining IVs, pulse oximetry, fall risk assessment/prevention, infection prevention, isolation precautions/PPE, thickened liquids, Foley catheter removal, and blood product administration</li><li>Proficiency with Epic EMR preferred</li><li>Two professional references from the past year, including one from a supervisor, are required</li><li>SSN must be provided for consideration</li><li>First-time travelers are welcome to apply</li><li>Candidates must reside at least 75 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible</li></ul>
