Biggest complaint would be the Thursday through Wednesday work week. Seems like a way to give 4 12 hour shifts in one week without paying OT. Had several weeks with 4 12s in a row. However I also had a few weeks with only 2 12 hour shifts, so I didn’t complain too much. Overall I enjoyed the contract and would go back.

It's a small rural hospital. They have 6 OR's. The surgeons are all nice and they do relatively easy cases. Lots of ENT, gyn, and robots, and TONS of eyed! When I was there  the department was mostly all travelers. I did find that the staff was not always the most friendly to travelers. The charge nurse was one of the worst There's a lot of animosity on their part, towards the travelers.
But for the right money, I'd go back.. 
I like the area. There's lots of great parks and outdoor activities. I was there in the summer, I don't recommend going in the winter unless you love snow and cold..
