Pros

Hospital is travel friendly 1:5 ratio for patient at night and rarely 1:6. Labs gets drawn by lab. Separate telemetry unit watches for changes. Charge nurse always ready to help. Always get 30 min break.

Cons

Cold weather in winter makes driving tricky.
