We you are a agency know your training the reason you wanted to become a nurse it still college you made it through the years know make it though the days hours and times.Its going to be times you want to cry you know but it co.e with the job description protect you hard work School.

Acuity was 4:1, Select bought them out and they push 5 : 1 which is very heavy because of they type of pts they take. They went from paper to a very old version of Epic which makes charting take twice as long. Select buying out Acuity was a shame. It used to be a great place to work. There were a lot of people who left because they felt their license was not safe.
