Staff nurses you work with are great, you all become trauma bonded by how busy the ED is. There is no manager for the ED as two have quit, and upper management has no problem throwing you under the bus and calling state on you for doing things you have witnessed them do.

Okay

Mercy Dubuque, IA. Doctors can be arrogant and mean (I guess not unusual but always a negative). Admin will try to go above ratios at times. House supervisors have no ICU experience. Wasn’t all bad but wasn’t alll good.
