Absolute cluster of a facility. The staff are so used to it that they’re oblivious as to how unsafe it it. They have unsuccessful codes almost every shift because no one responds to them, they just wait for the code team. They knowingly exposed me to TB and with held results from a bronch and took the patient off precautions, then 3 days later told nurses that the patient was positive for TB… but they didn’t alert techs, dietary, evs, RT.. just nurses. It was so messed up. The ratios are insanely unsafe. They had me titrate cardiac meds with q15 ekgs because we didn’t have enough telemetry boxes. It was the wild Wild West! Hard pass. Those poor, poor patients!

Run! Don’t even think about it. LETHALLY UNSAFE
