      <p>American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor &amp; Delivery position requiring a valid MA RN license and recent L&amp;D experience.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Labor &amp; Delivery unit in a hospital setting</li><li>15-bed unit following inpatient rooming with infants; mothers and infants remain together except for special care</li><li>Patient population includes neonates and adults</li><li>Uses Omnicell medication dispensing system</li><li>Utilizes SBAR communication protocol</li><li>Night shifts: 3x12 hours, 19:00 – 07:00</li><li>Weekend coverage required every other weekend</li><li>All infants room in with mothers unless they require newborn nursery care</li><li>Return staff must wait at least 1 year before being eligible to return as travelers</li><li>First-time travelers with sufficient experience will be considered</li><li>14-week contract assignment</li><li>All requested time off must be disclosed during application</li><li>Applicants must submit complete work history and explain any gaps</li><li>Background policy is reviewed case by case</li></ul>
          
      <h2>Requirements</h2>
      <ul><li>Active MA RN license in hand</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of recent Labor &amp; Delivery experience required</li><li>Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Beginner</li><li>AWHONN Advanced and AWHONN Intermediate certifications preferred</li><li>Cerner experience preferred but not required</li><li>Must provide two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years</li></ul>
